First Day of the Palestinian Federation of Industries Institutional Assessment Workshop
The first day of the Palestinian Federation of Industries Institutional Assessment Workshop began today. The workshop is being held in cooperation with the Belgian Agency for International Cooperation (Enabel), within the framework of the SAWA II project, which aims to enhance the resilience of small enterprises and create sustainable livelihood opportunities in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and is funded by the European Union.
The workshop was opened with a speech by Mr. Nassar Nassar, President of the Palestinian Federation of Industries, and attended by Ms. Montesa Pantaleoni, European Union Representative, and Ms. Razan Habash, Project Director. A number of representatives from the Belgian Agency, members of the Federation's Board of Directors, the Secretary-General, and executive directors of specialized industrial unions were also present.
This workshop is part of efforts to institutionalize the Federation's work and strengthen its role in representing the industrial sector and providing sustainable services to industrial facilities, particularly in the areas of green and circular economies.
